Braxton Fears aids clients through project leasing, investment sales and preferred residential real estate transactions. Fears has represented local home buyers, both national and local property owners, buyers and tenants of all sizes and is currently responsible for marketing over 1,000,000 square feet of property in the Tulsa metro area.
Upon graduating from Oral Roberts University in 2000 with a degree in Accounting, Braxton gained experience as an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP on accounts such as Williams Companies, Bank of Oklahoma and Conoco-Phillips Petroleum followed by experience as an Associate with Trammel Crow Company in large portfolio project leasing for nationwide REIT's such as Rreef, Thackaray Partners, and First Guardian Group. Over the past four years Braxton has completed sale or lease transactions for many clients including Coca-Cola, Quik Trip, American Red Cross, Cartridge World, Game Stop, and Jani-King. As an individual agent for the past two years Braxton has closed a total of 158 transactions totaling a value of $21 Million.

Upon finishing his school at Oklahoma State University, Clark started a myriad of successful small businesses including the Tulsa Bridal Association, Cherished Traditions Videography, DJ Connection, Thompson Photography and others. Since 2001, Clay has been honored with the "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" from the Tulsa Metro Chamber Commerce (when he was still young), the "Entrepreneur of the Year Award" from the United States Small Business Administration, the "Best of the Best Entertainer Award" from the Wedding MBA, the "National Blue Ribbon Quality Award" from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, etc... = Clay delivers results when it comes to marketing.
